I have been filing consumer bankruptcy cases since 1997.  I filed 58 Chapter 7 cases and 9 Chapter 13 cases in 2010.  I am a small firm and personally supervise your case from the first consultation until you receive your discharge of debts or complete your Chapter 13 plan.  I understand how the bankruptcy statutes work to minimize assets you must surrender and ensure your debts that are dischargeable are discharged.  Perhaps most important, I will guide you through a process that is very complicated and intimidating.  In addition to knowing the bankruptcy code and the local bankruptcy rules I know the unwritten rules, the way the trustees and the courts in Colorado actually work.  I will help you gather all the information needed, file your case and appear with you at the necessary hearings.  I will respond to trustee objections and creditor complaints.  I am always reachable by phone or e-mail.  I will deal with aggressive creditors who bend the bankruptcy rules to intimidate you into paying debt that is discharged.
